Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days, otherwise you will be notified. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: Most items are dropped shipped from each manufacturer(s) and offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on your location:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
