Return Policy
Marriage Pride (We) strives for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Quality is of significant importance, however, due to the nature of our products (Custom/On Demand), we have a strict no-exchange and no-return policy regarding refunds. This means we do not accept exchanges or returns for refunds regarding items that are simply unwanted or no longer needed.
However, we do offer replacements for damaged unused items or defective unused items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order, and no later than seven (7) days after receipt of your order to be eligible for a replacement at marriagepride@gmail. Additionally, you must provide:
Proof of purchase: This could be your order number or a copy of your receipt.
Clear photo or video evidence: This will help us assess the damage or defect.
Once we have VERIFIED the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged or defective item to be shipped to you at no cost - please allow two to three weeks for processing, producing and shipping of the new replacement item (a notification will be sent if an item is out of stock or any other cause for delay).
Important Notes:
The replacement is for the exact same item originally purchased.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, only the replacement of the exact same item due to damage or being defective.
You may need to consult with the manufacturer directly for warranty claims or service requests related to specific products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
